I've been slacking on my Mulligan project, but this one was too appropriate (and easy) to let go. I recreated this look from 2021's Halloween Shop and Hop with a few free gift additions from the current one!

- Added this Happy Halloween Face Tattoo from Coconut
- Added this Elvira Eyeshadow from Euphoric
